Seamless integration with HP Operations Manager for business-critical notifications

Derdack, Silver Member of the HP Enterprise Management Alliance, releases a connector pack to seamlessly integrate message master® Enterprise Alert with HP Operations Manager.

The connector pack enables HP to initiate UC-based alert and notification workflows. message master Enterprise Alert utilizes 2-way voice, SMS, MMS, mobile e-mail, fax, instant messaging and presence and schedule information to rapidly notify responsible and available people about critical events. Information about the communication and delivery process are fed back into HP Operations Manager resulting in a comprehensive audit trailing of the overall alert process, ownership assignment and resolution progress.

The connector pack is part of the IT Edition and is provided to all existing customers of the Enterprise Alert 2010 IT Edition free of charge.
